RETURN POLICY

If you are not happy with your purchase please let us know within 8 hours of the date of purchase by sending us an email to dulceobsession@dulceobsession.com, or call customer service number 494-949-4848. We will gladly follow up on your request and we will evaluate your case.

To be eligible for a product change you must remain within the location where you were served or picked up your order. Once the product leaves the establishment It is NOT possible to make a change.

If you request a return, you must do so within 8 hours of making your purchase. We require that the product be returned along with proof of purchase to the same establishment where you made your purchase. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If your return is approved, we will exchange the product for an identical one or another of the same price.

Please follow the instructions of the counter employees regarding the transfer of your product. You are asked to take your product and place your hand on the base of the packaging for greater firmness.

We do NOT make refunds of any kind.
